Main Responsibilities
The main role of the Employment Lawyer is to advise, inform and defend the company and its employees in employment law matters. They are involved in preparing employment contracts, managing industrial relations and ensuring that the company complies with current regulations.
It also ensures that collective agreements are applied, contributes to the implementation of human resources management policies that comply with legislation and intervenes in labour disputes.
The Employment Lawyer plays an active role in the company's human resources management and industrial relations strategy.
