They also carry out A/B tests to improve conversion rates on the company's website and manage digital marketing projects, coordinating the teams to achieve the objectives set.

  • Mastery of online advertising techniques (Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, LinkedIn Ads, etc.): using these techniques, the Growth Hacker effectively targets his audience and optimises advertising campaigns to maximise return on investment.
  • Ability to design and implement A/B tests: enables the Growth Hacker to test different variants of a web page, email or advertisement with a view to identifying the one that converts best.
