Main Responsibilities
The Hospital Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling medical products and services to hospitals and healthcare professionals. To fulfil this role, they must regularly visit healthcare establishments to present the products and services of the company they represent. They must be able to clearly explain the benefits and features of each product to help healthcare professionals make informed decisions about patient treatment and care.
The Hospital Sales Representative, or Hospital Scientific Attaché, must also establish and maintain relationships of trust with customers, such as doctors, nurses and pharmacists, to strengthen the company's reputation and develop new contacts. They must be able to answer customers' questions, solve problems and provide high-quality customer service.
The Hospital Delegate's job is also to gather information on market trends and customer needs to help the company develop new products and adapt existing products to customer needs. To do this, they need to listen to customers and be able to analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth for the company.
Finally, the Hospital Medical Visitor works closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales and promotional strategies. They must be able to communicate customer feedback and market trends to their teams to help define commercial priorities and company objectives.
