Role Overview

Machine Learning Engineers design, build and deploy models that solve practical business problems.

The role sits between data science and software engineering, with strong focus on production reliability and measurable impact.

Develop supervised, unsupervised and deep learning models based on business needs and available data.

Prepare features, train models, tune parameters and evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics.

Deploy models with engineering teams and monitor drift, latency, cost and accuracy after launch.

Document model logic, limitations and experiment results for business and technical users.

Hard-skills

Proficient in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or scikit-learn.
Strong knowledge of feature engineering, model evaluation, data structures and algorithms.

Education & Training

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.
Hands-on experience with production ML projects is highly valued.
