The Sales Administration Assistant, commonly known as the SD Assistant, is a key professional within a company. Their main role is to provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Administration department.

Sales representatives are responsible for coordinating and effectively managing the sales process, from order taking to delivery of products or services. They act as an interface between the company's various departments, customers and suppliers.
