Main Responsibilities
Toxicologists conduct in-depth research studies to assess the impact of chemicals on human health and the environment. They design and implement experiments, analyse and interpret data, and communicate their findings to contribute to public health and environmental protection.
As a researcher, the Toxicologist develops predictive risk assessment models to anticipate the harmful effects of chemicals on health and the environment. They also work with other health and industry professionals to promote the development of products and processes that are safe for human health and the environment.
